Shipping Policy

UPS GROUND SHIPPING is offered for all Benchmark Portable Work Table products within the continental United States to a valid street address (no PO Boxes).

Shipping to international addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories is not offered at this time. Most orders will be fulfilled within 3-4 business days, in the order they were received. Backordered or pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as possible.

Return Policy

Should you notice any manufacturing defect in your Benchmark product, please contact CustomerService@BenchmarkTable.com and--upon approval--we will either arrange to send you replacement parts or authorize a return for full refund. See Limited Warranty (below) for specific details and coverage period.

Returns for any other reason are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please contact CustomerService@BenchmarkTable.com for a return authorization. Item must be returned in its original packaging and be in salable condition*. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee will be withheld if the package has been opened. Refunds will be credited to the purchasing card within 30 days of receipt of returned goods.

* "Salable condition" is at the sole discretion of Hagar Tools, Inc. and its representatives

Limited Warranty

Hagar Tools, Inc. warrants that, for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, all products shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship. At our option, we will repair or replace any product during the warranty period and we may require that the product be sent postage prepaid to our repair facility with all original equipment and the original receipt showing date of purchase. Any repaired or replaced product will only be covered by the limited warranty for the balance of the warranty period from the original date of purchase. Please note this warranty does not cover cosmetic imperfections due to normal wear and tear.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and does NOT cover service or replacement of parts resulting from normal wear and tear.

The warranty also does NOT cover malfunction, failure, or defects as a result of:

- Abnormal use, abuse, neglect

- Damage as a result of accidents, drops, or mishandling of the product

- Repairs or alterations by anyone other than Hagar Tools, Inc. or its representatives

- Rental use or commercial use

Hagar Tools, Inc. makes no warranties, representations, or promises regarding the performance or quality of its products apart from those specifically stated in this warranty.
